Asian Inspired Boti Kebab
Ingredients
- 500 gm lamb
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Mawana Select Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup onion, red and yellow capsicum
Preparations
- In a mixing bowl add lamb, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, smoked paprika, Mawana Select Brown Sugar, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, onion, red and yellow capsicum and mix well.
- Thread the onion ,lamb, capsicum in the lamb skewers and grill at 180˚ for 35 minutes in the Usha OTG.
- Serve with schezwan chutney.
